RULES & REGULATIONS

Time Limit - 2 hr
No of participants - 1
The topic to be sketched will be provided on spot.
Drawing sheets will be provided
Sketching should be done only using pens(any pen and colour)
No extra Time will be provided
The participant will be allowed to use reference during the competition.
Judge's decision is final and binding.
Failure to arrive on stage when called will lead to disqualification.
